I love landscape designs of all kinds. The one above is silk and the one below is a wool blend (with some silk).
There are some new shibori silks -
This amazing woven silk, almost with an Art Nouveau feeling -
Several 'rainbow wools', as I tend to think of them - single thread colours that become greyish from a distance, but burst into little flashes of colour close up.
This wonderful landscape silk, printed for a haori jacket, is so similar to the one I used up for a quilt in 'Japanese Quilt Inspirations'.
This silk will make a fantastic infinity scarf.
